I just made a seriously awesome watermelon salad.
Slice or cube the watermelon.
Add a half a red onion chopped very thin (we forgot it on the one below ;-))
Large slices of Feta Cheese
A handfull of Basil leaves
Some quality Olive Oil
That’s it! Eat this outdoors on a hot summer day. You will love this delicious, healthy Gout Food!
